This setting can be found under Settings −> Less common settings.
By default it is disabled.
So, why would you enable Save Database Daily?
If you suspect frequent database corruption, enabling this setting allows you to recover an older version of your database if it becomes corrupted.
Under normal circumstances, this option is not needed.
